My name is Kim and I am a hiker. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and can't wait until the snow melts and the trails are clear so I can begin my hiking blog.
Most of the blogs on this site will be for hikes in the Salt Lake area mountains. However, I will report any hikes I do in Utah (and maybe once in a while out-of-state hikes).
I will try to give as much information as I can about how to get to the trailhead, hike distance, total time for the round trip, and I will give the hike a rating based on difficulty and payoff.
I am not an expert hiker, nor am I in fantastic shape. I hope this blog can give real people, real suggestions about hiking in Utah.
